** Shares of mineral explorer Centrex Ltd  CXM.AX  surge as
much as 10% to A$0.11, their highest since Jan. 20, on progress
to its flagship phosphate project 
    ** Co says construction has begun on outstanding non-process
infrastructure for the initial production plant at its Ardmore
