    ** The sustainable agri-business signs offtake agreement
with NZ-based fertiliser cooperative Ballance Agri-Nutrients
    ** Says agreement for supply of phosphate rock from the
Ardmore Phosphate Project in Queensland
    ** Adds has allocated upto 20% of production at Ardmore
project towards the agreement
    ** Stock has risen 19.2% this year, as of last close
