Directorate Change

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R, Centrica announces that Heidi
Mottram, Non‑Executive Director of Centrica plc, will step down from the
Board with effect from 31 December 2025.

Heidi has served on the Board since 1 January 2020 and has contributed
significantly to the work of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees and
as Chair of the Safety, Environment and Sustainability Committee. The Board
thanks her for her valuable contribution.

Centrica also announces that Amber Rudd will be appointed as Chair of the
Safety, Environment and Sustainability Committee and will join the Nominations
Committee, both with effect from 1 January 2026.

There are no other matters requiring disclosure under UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R.
