Italy's cabinet is expected to meet to approve a new aid
package to soften the impact of inflation and high energy prices
for households and businesses worth 14 billion euros, political
sources told Reuters on Thursday.

Italian state-owned bad loan manager AMCO expects by the end
of the year to launch a scheme designed to limit losses for the

The world's largest cablemaker is taking a number of steps
to boost its energy efficiency amid fears of a cut-off of gas

Italy's electricity grid operator said on Thursday it had
launched a five-year, fixed rate bond for an overall amount of
100 million euros through a private placement procedure. Money
