    * Restructures management board 
    * To appoint Boris Klebensberger to management board with 
responsibility for production and technology area (COO), with 
effect as of Sept. 1 
    * Hans Autenrieth and Peter Augustin, management board 
members of many years' standing, will step down from management 
board as of end of Dec. 31 
    * Management board of centrotherm photovoltaics AG will 
consist of two members from Jan. 1, 2016
