Jan 8 (Reuters) - centrotherm photovoltaics AG  CTNGk.F : 
    * Solarpark Blautal GmbH becomes new majority shareholder of centrotherm photovoltaics AG 
    * Sol Futura Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH transfers 80 pct interest in centrotherm 
photovoltaics AG to Solarpark Blautal GmbH 
    * Along with company co-founder Robert M. Hartung, Qatar Solar Technologies holds 
significant indirect interest in centrotherm (both holding significant interest in Solarpark 
Blautal) 
    * Supervisory board chairman Tobias Wahl and supervisory board members Christoph Herbst and 
Wolfgang Schmid will relinquish their mandates in next days 
    * It is planned that Robert M. Hartung will be nominated as new Chairman Of Supervisory 
Board 
    * Florian Von Gropper takes on role as speaker of board starting Jan. 1, 2016
