** Shares of uranium supplier LEU.A down ~9% at $9.93
** Co offers 2.35 mln class A shares of common stock at
price of $10/shr, a 8.3% discount to stock's Thursday close

** LEU also grants underwriters a 30-day option to purchase
up to an additional 352,500 shares of class A common stock at
the public offering price
** Expects proceeds of ~$21.5 mln from the offering, which
is likely to close on or about Aug 25

$103.6 mln
