Centrus Energy rises after US contract for uranium production

** Shares of U.S.-based nuclear fuel supplier Centrus Energy
 LEU.N  rise 1.5% to $82.29 premarket
    ** On Thursday, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) rolled
out initial contracts to four companies including Centrus
Energy, to produce a new, more highly enriched uranium
    ** The contracts will last for up to 10 years and each
awardee receives a minimum contract of $2 mln, with up to $2.7
bln available for these services, "subject to the availability
of appropriations" - U.S. DOE
    ** The other companies are Urenco USA, Orano USA, and
General Matter
    ** High-assay low-enriched uranium fuel, or HALEU, is
currently only produced in Russia 
    ** Up to last close, LEU is up ~49% YTD
