Centurion Accommodation REIT debuts higher after Singapore's second-biggest IPO of 2025

SINGAPORE, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Centurion Accommodation REIT CENT.SI made a strong debut on Thursday after raising S$771.1 million ($598.8 million) in Singapore's second-largest initial public offering (IPO) this year.

Units of the real estate investment trust (REIT) opened at S$0.98 on the Singapore Exchange, compared with the IPO price of S$0.88 per unit.
