Oct 19 (Reuters) - King Force Group Holdings Ltd  8315.HK  
    * Company and Cinda International Securities entered into 
placing agreement 
    * Cinda International Securities agreed to place up to 553 
million new shares at a price of HK$0.0704 per placing share 
    * Net proceeds, after deducting placing commission and other 
related expenses, will be approximately HK$38.2 million 
    * Net proceeds will be used as to potential acquisition of 
new project 
    * Has applied to stock exchange for resumption of trading in 
shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. On 20 october 2016
