March 7 (Reuters) - King Force Group Holdings Ltd  8315.HK  
    * Company and placing agent entered into placing agreement, 
    * Placing agent agreed to place, to not less than six  
independent placees for up to 553.2 million new shares at a 
price of hk$0.022 per placing share 
    * Net proceeds from placing of approximately hk$11.7 million 
    * Proceeds to be primarily used to develop and promote 
group's mobile gaming business
