    * Company has received notice of acceptance of a case issued 
by Zhongshan First People's Court on 15 June 2017 
    * Co  is in process of negotiating about potential 
cooperation with a target company holding same qualification as 
Bei Dou Jiuyi 
    * Despite repeated requests, Bei Dou Jiuyi yet to provide co 
with documents for pass of annual inspection and qualification 
    * Unit of co filled petition against Bei Dou Jiuyi 
Information Technology Industry (Beijing) claiming that Bei Dou 
Jiuyi breached agreement 
    * Unit seeking court for order against Bei Dou Jiuyi to 
return consideration in amount of RMB15 million paid by Bei Dou 
Zhongshan with interests
