 * Source text:With reference to the earlier letter dated October 23, 2015 and November 09, 2015, Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has now informed BSE that on November 23, 2015 Anjani Tiles Limited, Andhra Pradesh has allotted 51,00,000 Equity Shares at par out of the total 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Cera Sanitaryware Limited and now Anjani Tiles Limited has become a 
Subsidiary Company of Cera Sanitaryware Limited with immediate effect.
