Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in fuel cell and electrochemical technology, announces the following share transactions carried out by certain Non-Executive Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) which took effect on 22 March 2021, acquired as part of the Company's successful fund raise as announced on 18 March 2021.
