Tudor has substantial relevant expertise from establishing and growing ARM, with a very similar technology licensing business model to Ceres. Tudor's breadth and depth of skills in technology, licensing and global industry will be highly complementary to our Board and we look forward to working with him."

Tudor said of his appointment: "Climate change is the single biggest challenge of our time and it is exciting to be joining the Board of Ceres when the opportunities for its technology are more relevant and more expansive than ever. I look forward to supporting the Ceres team in developing the company to reach its full potential."
