Block Admission Application
The Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange Plc for a
block admission of 209,443 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be allotted in accordance with the
exercise of options under the Sharesave scheme.
It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 30 January
2020. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's
existing issued Ordinary Shares.
The Company's current issued share capital will not change as a result of the
block admission.
