Grant of Share Options 
 
The Company today announces that, as part of a wider Company incentive scheme,
Phil Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer, and Richard Preston, Finance Director,
have been granted share options to subscribe for 4,000,000 and 1,500,000 of
the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").  These
share options were granted on 11 July 2014 with an exercise price of 8.5 pence
per share, and may be exercised following the third anniversary of the date of
their grant.
