Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 10 April 2017, a person closely associated with James Falla, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 34,326 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.70p per share.
