Ceres Power Holdings plc

Publication of Sustainability Report

Horsham, UK: Ceres Power Holdings plc ("Ceres", the "Company"), a global
leader in fuel cell and electrochemical technology, is pleased to announce the
publication of its second annual Sustainability Report, a copy of which can be
found at www.ceres.tech/sustainability/
(http://www.ceres.tech/sustainability/) and includes:

· Full disclosure of Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions in line with the
Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting ("SECR") framework;

· First scenario analysis of climate-related opportunities and risks
against the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosure ("TCFD")
framework;

· Refreshed materiality matrix to compare the material topics for Ceres
across our stakeholder groups;

· Continued progress in diversity and inclusion both in the business
and across the leadership team, and strategic focus on attracting and
retaining talent;

· Using Sustainability Accounting Standards Board ("SASB") guidance on
the disclosure of financially material sustainability measures, refining and
adapting the metrics to align with Ceres' business.

Operating sustainably is not simply about preserving and improving the
environment in which we live, but it is also about ensuring that we make a
positive societal contribution and maintain strong governance. Through widely
used ESG frameworks and standards, Ceres aims to be transparent in the risks
and opportunities it faces and to communicate the current management of
impacts for the benefit of all its stakeholders.

Professor Dame Julia King, Baroness Brown of Cambridge, Senior Independent
Director and Chair of the ESG Committee of Ceres said: "A year on from our
last report and world average temperatures continue to hit new highs,
reinforcing the growing urgency for action to tackle climate change. Ceres'
technology sits right at the heart of the global energy transition, and we
also recognise the importance of building sustainability and resilience into
how we do business. This report sets out how - with consideration for all our
stakeholders - we continue to evolve our thinking and processes to be robust
in an uncertain future."

About Ceres

Ceres is a world-leading developer of electrochemical technologies: fuel cells
for power generation, electrolysis for the creation of green hydrogen and
energy storage. Its asset-light, licensing model has seen it establish
