    ** Bosch terminates partnership with CWR due to a halt in
production of solid oxide fuel cell-based power systems
    ** Bosch to divest minority holding of ~17% in CWR
    ** No impact to CWR's consensus expectations for the year
ending on December 31, 2025, company says 
    ** As of last close, CWR down ~50% YTD
