    ** AbbVie  ABBV.N  agrees to buy CERE for a total equity
value of about $8.7 billion  
    ** ABBV says will buy all outstanding shares of CERE for $45
per share in cash, representing a premium of 22% to the stock's
Wednesday close
    ** YTD, CERE shares are up ~17%
