Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management ("CRM") software solutions provider, announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting together with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016 have been posted to shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Orrick LLP, 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on 3 February 2017 at 9 a.m.
Copies of the notice of AGM and the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016 are also available on the Company's website www.cerillion.com.
