("Cerillion" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software
solutions provider, announces that on 22 November, options (the "Options")
over 3,648 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were
exercised by certain PDMRs pursuant to the Company's Save-As-You-Earn Option
Plan (the "SAYE Scheme"). Of the options, 1,824 were exercised by Mark
Nicholls and 1,824 were exercised by Andrew Smith. The new Ordinary Shares
were issued under the Company's block listing.
Sale of Ordinary Shares by PDMRs to cover LTIP tax liability
Further to the Company's announcement on 19 November 2024 regarding the
exercise of Options by certain PDMRs, on 22 November 2024, certain PDMRs
subsequently sold a total of 7,987 Ordinary Shares ("PDMR Sale") in order to
cover the LTIP tax liability that arose from exercising the Options.

Total voting rights
Following the exercise of the Options, the total number of Ordinary Shares in
issue, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, is 29,541,086 with each share carrying the right to one
vote.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
