PDMR shareholding

Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software
solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that Amit McCann,
Account Development Director, has transferred 1,875 shares to his spouse at a
price of £15.85.

The information below is set out in accordance with the requirements of the
