Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software
solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that Amit McCann and a
person closely associated with him have sold in aggregate 1,832 shares of 0.5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £15.81
per Ordinary Share.
