Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software
solutions provider, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 30 September 2024 and the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting have been posted to shareholders. The documents are also available on
the Company's website.

 

Cerillion's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Orrick,
Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on
Thursday, 13 February 2024 at 9.00 a.m.
