India's CESC falls after reporting lower Q3 profit

** Shares of India's CESC  CESC.NS  fell as much as 4%
before paring some losses, last down 3% 
    ** Power generator and distributor's Q3 consol net profit
fell 5.7% y/y to 2.65 bln rupees ($30.8 mln)
    ** Stock set for third straight session of decline
    ** CESC set for worst weekly performance since March 2020 
    ** Stock climbed 40.3% in 2024
