India's CESC falls to 8-month low on block deal

** Shares of electricity generator and distributor CESC
 CESC.NS  fall as much as 4.36% to 69.05 rupees, their lowest
since June 23, 2022
    ** About 3.82 mln shares (amounting to nearly 3% equity)
change hands in a block at 69.70 rupees apiece - Refinitiv data
    ** Trading volume is 6.72 mln shares, 3.7x the 30-day avg of
1.83 mln shares - Refinitiv data
    ** Of the 16 analysts tracking CESC, 15 maintain "buy" and
one suggests "hold"; median TP is 101 rupees
