India's CESC hits record high on reports of power tariff hike

** Shares of Indian utility CESC  CESC.NS  up as much as
9.9% to hit record high 189.04 rupees 
    ** CESC last up ~6% after local media reported co will hike
power tariffs, levy an additional 5.7% on June electricity bills
   
    ** Trading vols 3.2x 30-day avg
    ** YTD stock had risen ~36%
