** Shares of CESC  CESC.NS  rise as much as 2.79% to 71.90
rupees, highest since Feb. 27
    ** Rise comes after 4.55 mln shares of power distributor
change hands at a price of 71.30 rupees, as of 3:09 p.m. IST
    ** Trading volume is 8.87 mln shares, more than four times 
the 30-day avg of 2.08 mln shares - Refinitiv data
    ** Of the 16 analysts tracking CESC, 15 rate it 'buy,' one
suggests 'hold;' median TP is 101 rupees
