** Shares of licensor of silicon & software intellectual
property Ceva  CEVA.O  up 4% at $32.90 premarket
    ** CEVA reports Q4 total rev. of $29.2 mln, ahead of
analysts' expectations of $27.6 mln, according to data compiled
by LSEG 
    ** Posts Q4 adj. EPS $0.11 versus $0.10 a year ago 
    ** "As we look to the future, we are confident in our
ability to continue on our organic growth trajectory & to
capitalize on non-organic opportunities to accelerate growth,"
says CFO Yaniv Arieli
    ** Five of the 6 analysts covering the stock have a "buy" or
higher rating, and 1 has "hold"; their mean price target is
$33.50- LSEG data 
    ** As of last close, stock up 0.54% YTD
