** Shares of lender CF Bankshares CFBK.O rise 3.21% to $32.43

** Co posts net income of $5.7 million, or $0.88 per share, in the three months ended December 31, compared with $4.4 million, or $0.68 per share, a year earlier

** Net interest income rose 14% to $14.3 million, compared with $12.5 million a year ago

** Co expects stabilized interest rate environment to positively impact earnings in FY26

** Including session's move, CFBK up 31.8% in the last 12 months
