** Fertilizer firm CF Industries' CF.N shares fall 2.1% to $70.53 premarket

** Co announces a joint venture with JERA Co and Mitsui & Co to construct low-carbon ammonia facility for $4 billion in Louisiana

** CF Industries to hold 40% ownership, JERA 35%, and Mitsui  25% in the JV

** Facility to have an annual nameplate capacity of about 1.4 million metric tons, making it the largest ammonia production facility in the world

** Production is expected to begin in 2029

** Including session's moves, stock is down 17.6% YTD
