Co Ltd  1811.HK  plunge as much as 29.3% to HK$0.94, their
lowest since Oct. 10, 2019
    ** Stock last down 25.6% and set for its worst day since
listing in Oct. 2014
    ** Stock second biggest percentage decliner among all listed
companies on the Hong Kong bourse
    ** Company says CGN Energy International Holdings, a unit of
its controlling shareholder, has decided not to proceed further
