GEORGETOWN, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Guyana exported a total
of 225 cargoes of crude oil in 2024, energy minister Vickram
Bharrat said on Tuesday, as a consortium led by U.S. major Exxon
Mobil XOM.N continued ramping up production and completed an
update at its facilities.
Bharrat also said an exploration license to Canada-based
Frontera Energy FEC.TO and CGX Energy OYL.V cannot be
extended again after extra time given for completing the
appraisal of the offshore block, so the companies would have to
reapply for a license.
