Bahamas Petroleum (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has been posted, incorporating
the annual accounts previously sent to shareholders. 
 
Copies of the Annual Report will be made available to download from the
Company's website at www.bpcplc.com. 
 
As previously announced, the Annual General Meeting is to be held on Monday
4th August 2014 at 13:00 BST at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man,
IM1 1AP.
