Change of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

 

Challenger Energy (AIM: CEG), the Caribbean and Americas focused oil and
gas company, with oil production, appraisal, development and exploration
assets across the region, is pleased to announce that it has appointed WH
Ireland Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with
immediate effect.

Arden Partners plc remains as Joint Broker to the Company.
