ZURICH/BERLIN, Aug 13 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI
 .SSMI  was seen opening 0.2% higher at 12,452 points on Friday,
according to premarket indications by bank Julius Baer
 JBPRE01 .
    Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss
stocks:
    
    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S  
    Credit Suisse  CSGN.S  wants to appoint two risk experts to
its non-executive board, Switzerland's second biggest bank said
on Friday, as it seeks to repair the damage caused by the
