India New Issue-Chambal Fertilisers to issue 3-month CP - bankers

MUMBAI, Aug 29 (Reuters) - India's Chambal Fertilisers and
Chemicals Ltd  CHMB.NS  plans to raise funds selling commercial
paper maturing in three months, three merchant bankers said on
Monday. 
    The company will offer a yield of 6.03% on this issue and
has received commitments worth around five billion rupees 
($62.46 million) so far, the bankers said.
    The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL and have a value date of
Sept. 1.
