    ** India announces further increase in urea supply with
annual supply of 1.27 mln tonnes, Finance Minister Nirmala
Sitharaman says in union budget
    ** Paradeep Phosphates'  PRAO.NS  4.3% gain the highest
    ** National Fertilizers  NAFT.NS  advances 3.2% and
Nagarjuna Fertilizers'  NGFR.NS  rise about 3%
    ** Chambal Fertilizers  CHMB.NS  up ~1
