Chamberlin, the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that it has been notified that, following a purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Richard Keeling holds a beneficial interest in 558,800 Ordinary Shares representing 7.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
