Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that, following the announcement made on 16 December 2020 regarding the cancellation of contracts from BorgWarner Turbo Systems Worldwide Headquarters GmbH ("BorgWarner"), the Company and the Company's auditors will not be able to conclude the audit of the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 ("2020 Accounts") until further work is completed, and the Company will therefore not be in a position to publish its 2020 Accounts by 31 December 2020, as previously announced. 
 
Consequently, if the 2020 Accounts are not published by 7.00am on 4 January 2021, the Board anticipates that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be suspended with effect from 7.30am on 4 January 2021, until such time as the 2020 Accounts are published.
