Chamberlin announces that following a competitive tender process it has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as its auditors with immediate effect. 
Ernst & Young LLP has resigned as the Company's auditors and confirms that there are no issues relating to their resignation which should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors. The board wish to thank Ernst & Young LLP for its services and support over the past eight years.
