Completion of Sale of Petrel Limited

 

Further to the announcement dated 21 February 2024 relating to the sale of
Petrel Ltd ("Petrel"), Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings
and engineering group, is pleased to confirm that the disposal of Petrel
completed earlier today in accordance with its terms.
