Director's shareholding
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist foundry and engineering group, has been notified that Mr Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, the Company's Chairman, has acquired 33,975 Chamberlin ordinary shares through his family trust, representing 0.43 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
The shares were acquired by BW Family Limited ("BWFL"), a company wholly owned by a family trust in which Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is a potential beneficiary. BWFL acquired 25,000 ordinary shares on 6 August 2014 at a price of 88 pence per share per share and a further 8,975 ordinary shares on 7 August 2014 at 89.11 pence per share per share. Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is now interested in a total of 120,127 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.51 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
