Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that it has today been notified that on 26 March 2021, as part of the placing announced on that date, BW Family Limited, a PCA of Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at the placing price of 6p per Ordinary Share. 
 
Following this purchase, Keith Butler-Wheelhouse holds 620,127 Ordinary Shares representing 0.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
