Directorate Changes
 
Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, is pleased to confirm the appointments of Kevin Price as Chief Executive Officer and Alan Tomlinson as Finance Director of the Group.
 
As announced on 27 April 2021 Mr Kevin Price (age 40) will be appointed to the Board as Group CEO with effect from 1 June 2021.  Kevin Nolan will remain a director of the Company with responsibilities for key projects and client accounts.
 
Mr Alan John Tomlinson (age 52) will also be appointed to the Board on 1 June 2021, as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, as announced on 7 May 2021.  Neil Davies will remain with the Company to help ensure an orderly transition.
 
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
 
Keith Butler Wheelhouse, Chairman of Chamberlin Plc, commented, "Kevin and Alan are established senior members of the Chamberlin management team.  We are delighted that they are now stepping up to the main Board as directors of the Company, at a point of real opportunity for Chamberlin.
