Directorate Changes
 
Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, confirms that, as previously announced, Kevin Price and Alan Tomlinson are appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Group Finance Director respectively, and join the Board with effect from today.
 
In addition, the Company announces that Trevor Brown will become an Executive Director, with responsibility for Group strategy, with immediate effect. 
Chamberlin also announces that David Flowerday has resigned from the Board with effect from 31 May 2021.  Kevin Nolan will replace David as Chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
The Board wishes to thank David for his contribution over the last three years.
