Publication of FY2020 Audited Accounts and FY2021 Interim Accounts
 
Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that the placing and subscription to raise £3.5 million (before expenses) (the "Placing"), announced on 26 March 2021, has been completed.
 
As previously announced, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM remains suspended pending publication of the FY2020 audited Annual Accounts and the unaudited FY2021 interim accounts.  Both documents are in near final form and, with the receipt of the proceeds from the Placing and following further discussions with the Company's auditors, the Board now anticipates that both documents will be published in the week commencing 12 April 2021.  Suspension from dealing in the Company's ordinary shares is expected to be lifted immediately thereafter.
 
Any further update will be issued as appropriate.
