HK-listed Changjiu hits new high after deals to expand into Southeast Asia

** Shares of Chinese automobile dealer operation management
services provider Changjiu Holdings Ltd  6959.HK  rise 4.7% to
HK$59.50, their highest since debut since Jan. 9, and on course
for fourth straight session of gain
    ** Co says it has entered into a strategic cooperation
agreement with Metropolitan Bank and Trust's  MBT.PS 
Metropolitan Bank (China) as it expands into overseas markets
and intends to develop business in Southeast Asia
    ** Co, with current market value of $1.5 bln, has also
entered into an automobile dealership market strategic
cooperation memorandum with Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone
Ltd to develop pledged vehicle monitoring services in the
economic zone in Cambodia  
    ** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  drops 2.6%
while Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  and Hang Seng Index
 .HSI  both fall 2.1%
